Job summary

Advantage Personnel in Scarborough, Ontario is hiring a Machine Operator / Shop Helper for a sheet metal shop. The role supports day-to-day fabrication operations, operating machines, handling materials, and assisting with spray prep in a busy team setting.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 7am–4pm and Friday 7am–1pm, with a pay rate of $22.00/hr. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
