Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a production worker for our Calgary area operations. The role supports daily manufacturing on the press shop, assembly line, and related tasks with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability.

You will read blueprints, operate break presses, and collaborate across departments, with opportunities to train in multiple areas. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience are preferred; some weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Work with supervisor and team to meet daily production targets.
• Operate break press and notching machines following safety procedures.
• Assist in multiple departments (Press Shop, Assembly, Cut to length).
• Ensure PPE usage and EH&S guidelines are followed.
• Read blueprints to position and secure machinery.
• Support quality and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform tasks for 10-hour shifts and handle materials 5-20 lbs.
