Job summary

Aliments LUDA Foods is seeking a production operator for our on-site food processing plant in Canada. The role involves operating machinery to process and package food products, performing adjustments, recording production data, and ensuring GMP and safety standards are followed.

The ideal candidate has a secondary school certificate, 3–5 years of experience in a similar environment, and strong attention to detail, teamwork, and manual dexterity. On-site work only; training provided.

  • On-site work at manufacturing facility; no remote option.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to process and package food products.
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments.

  • Observe gauges, printouts and monitors to verify processing conditions.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas; report malfunctions.
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines.
  • Check products for defects and conformance to company standards.
