Job Requirements:

1. Identify material by colour.
2. Properly mix material.
3. Distinguish between types of material.
4. Load and unload raw material bins/hoppers to maintain raw material levels and ensure line operation.
5. Report deficiencies in systems, facilities, machinery, equipment, and tools immediately to your supervisor.
6. Record and report product damage or nonconformities as required.
7. Comply with Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
8. Participate in and contribute to effective production efficiency.
9. Construct packaging and prepare/apply labels to packages.
10. Package product according to specifications.
11. Maintain a clean work area.
12. Participate in the PVC Recovery program and ensure recycling of materials.
13. Store raw materials and finished goods properly.
14. Inspect product for surface finish, straightness, squareness, and colour consistency.
15. Record inspection results and use measurement tools (caliper, gauge, square, tape measure) to ensure product meets specifications.
