Job Summary

Ensure raw materials meet ISO quality standards before use. Place materials in machines to produce parts or finished products, ensuring materials are suitable for the specific machine and product.

Essential Functions

• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and use necessary safety equipment.
• Comply with the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
• Assist in meeting daily production goals.
• Be aware of machine capabilities and ensure machines are properly calibrated.
• Follow proper operating procedures for machines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Be prepared to work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Experience with various machine operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good mechanical aptitude.

Working Conditions

• Standing for 8-hour shifts.
• Heavy lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
• Starting wage: $16.50/hr, commensurate with experience.
