Job summary

Advantage Personnel is hiring a Machine Operator for our client's production facility in Hamilton, ON. The role involves operating cutting, press, or bottling machinery (training provided) and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shifts available: Days, Afternoons, or Nights, with non-rotating schedules.

• Previous experience in a similar industrial role is required.
• Must be comfortable lifting 50 lbs repetitively.
• Strong attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Continuously load parts into the designated hopper.
• Perform repetitive bending and lifting of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Inspect raw materials and finished machined components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications accurately.
• Adhere to all workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional general labour and production duties as required.
