Job description

Job Overview

Machine parts per print for customer orders at various workstations throughout the High Speed ABM area. Machine parts in a timely manner for production purposes. Complies with current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and practices good housekeeping.

A Day In The Life

  1. Operate machinery per requirements of the print specifications, shop order, and inspection charts.
  2. Ensure that machine is operated with the proper coolants, lubricants, and other fluid levels maintained.
  3. Perform at a level to maintain production standards.
  4. May be required to work at any workstation to meet production requirements.
  5. Inspect product to assure continued conformance to specifications.
  6. Perform rework on nonconforming product when required.
  7. Maintain the workstation area in a clean and orderly condition.
  8. Complete documentation associated with the process as needed.
  9. May be required to train new employees assigned to the area.
  10. Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
