Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. in Newmarket, Ontario is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, model personalised service, and ensure accurate cash handling, start/end of day reconciliations, and rota-based opening/closing duties. This is a first supervisory role with strong development opportunities in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach sales staff toward targets.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and reconcile end-of-day cash.
