Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Newmarket, Ontario is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and exceptional customer experiences that drive sales targets.

You will lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized service, handle cash reconciliation, and manage opening and closing on a rota, including weekend and event shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Manage cash reconciliation and day-end/start procedures as part of opening and closing duties on a rota.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as will also have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
