Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance sales associates to deliver personalized in-store experiences through makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations. You will combine your creativity and technical expertise to educate and delight customers.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Qualifications

• While retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
