The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks freelance sales associates to deliver makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, creating a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience for customers.

You will work with a high-performing team on in-store events, supporting visual merchandising while upholding prestige beauty standards. Certification in makeup artistry is desirable, and we welcome beginners eager to develop skills within a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Able to demonstrate high level of creative and technical makeup expertise.
• Comfortable working with fragrance, skincare and hair consultations.
• Experience with retail POS systems is desirable.

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Qualifications

• While retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fastpaced work environment
• Previous experience with retail pointofsale software
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
