Job summary

F12.net is seeking a Sr. Specialist to drive Modern Work initiatives across multiple M365, Power Platform, and Copilot projects for enterprise clients. You will deploy M365, Power Platform, and Copilot Agent solutions, collaborating with client teams to deliver robust, scalable outcomes.

You will work across SharePoint Online, Teams, and data migrations, shaping architecture and hands-on development. The role emphasizes security, governance, and delivering value in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of Microsoft cloud project delivery across enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience deploying M365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive migrations.
Experience deploying Power Platform and Copilot Agent solutions in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Provide technical architectural guidance for M365 and Purview security features.
Deploy M365 solutions focusing on SharePoint Online and Teams across projects.
Architect, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions and Copilot Agent solutions across initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and design appropriate solutions.
Ensure best-practice security and information protection methodologies.
