Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead design and implementation across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will conduct technical discussions with senior client representatives and deliver hands-on M365 solutions, including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and more.

With 7+ years in IT and 5+ in M365, you will drive migrations, provide expert support, and mentor junior staff while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Microsoft 365 implementation, administration and consulting.
• Proven experience leading technical discussions with senior-level clients.
• Track record in business development, including lead generation, proposal writing, and closing deals.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications beyond foundational level credentials are highly desirable.
• Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Microsoft 365 services (Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, Purview, Power Platform).
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops; mentor junior staff.
• Guide client migrations and implementations; provide expert level support for M365 issues.
• Engage with clients to translate complex technical concepts into business terms; build client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft 365 space; develop proposals and presentations.
