Job summary

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is hiring a part-time MRT in Radiology to support general radiography across Centenary Site, Birchmount and General Hospital. This role involves patient-focused care, image acquisition and report preparation in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

The successful candidate will be registered with the Ontario College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists, hold current CPR, and bring strong organizational and communication skills to the team.

Qualifications

  • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario – Radiology.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and practice activities in a multidisciplinary family-centred environment.
  • Perform the complete range of general radiography tests and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and support patient information registry and report preparation.

The Registered Technologist (MRT) will be responsible for the complete range of tests and procedures related to General Radiography, patient information registry and report preparation, equipment maintenance, and other duties as relevant.
