Qualifications

2+ years leading a team of tailors/alterationists to meet deadlines and quality goals
Experience altering and tailoring luxury menswear garments (jackets, pants, shirts)
Ability to operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and presses

Responsibilities

Tailor shop operations: ensure timely, high-quality tailoring services
Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked work area and equipment
Foster positive relationships and teamwork among store contributors
Manage Tailor Shop leadership and staffing; improve shop efficiency
Oversee shop administration and rush order management
Assess workload and shop capacity to meet store objectives
