Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is seeking a Full Time Spa Attendant to create a warm, relaxing first impression for every guest while setting up and maintaining spa facilities, including the male change room area. You will work with a team committed to thoughtful guest experiences, uphold a clean, organized environment, and handle light cleaning and guest questions about spa services.

The role requires spa experience, excellent English, strong customer service, and valid Canadian

Qualifications

• Prior spa or fitness center experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain spa facilities and male locker areas.
• Interact with guests with hospitality and address questions about spa services.
• Perform light cleaning in the male change room and related areas.
• Accommodate guest requests and resolve service questions.
