Hudson Group at Vancouver International Airport seeks an enthusiastic Luxury Sales Associate (Duty-Free) to deliver exceptional customer service for premium brands. You will help customers, manage inventory, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Role may be offered as part-time or full-time. Mandarin or Spanish speaking is an asset, and candidates should be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience (high fashion and electronics accessory experience preferred)
• Mandarin or Spanish speaking is an asset
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end customer service to luxury brand customers at the airport stores
• Maintain stock levels and assist in receiving deliveries and restocking
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Uphold visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and back areas
• Engage with customers to build loyalty and meet sales targets
• Know store layout, pricing, inventory and product information to assist customers

• Operating stores such as: Hermes, Bvlgari, Cartier, Omega, Ferragamo, Burberry, Moncler and more!
• Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills.
• Luxury Associates are responsible for delivering the highest of Customer Service standards that exceeds customer expectations, and act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
• Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking of the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the store.

The Team is counting on you as a Luxury Sales Associate (Duty-Free) to:

• Have open / flexible availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons & evenings on weekdays and weekends
• Mandarin orKoreanlanguage is a plus
• Work a Part Time or Full Time shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevated customer interaction using the 6 steps of selling and service standards specific to the luxury category/brand
• Exceed sales targets by consistently leveraging all available selling tools
• Uphold elevated Visual Merchandising standards, both in the front and back areas.
• Demonstrate ongoing enthusiasm for luxury retail or possess prior experience in this field.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for the brand or industry and remain actively informed about evolving market trends
• Dedication to continuous self-improvement through self-directed learning
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand image.
• Professionally interacts with all levels of management and business partners

• Services multiple customers using outstanding Customer Service standards.
• Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service.
• Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times.
• Effectively operate a cash register
• Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
• Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facility
• Communicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with management
• Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise on store fixtures and displays
• Assist with book inventory process (i.e., ordering, receiving, returns)
• Perform related work as assigned

Required Qualifications:
