Job summary

Moncler in North America seeks a Team Lead to coach the store team, manage client relationships, drive sales targets and uphold the Moncler service standard.

You will lead by example, conduct trainings, oversee operations, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client experience; strong communication and market knowledge are essential.

This role requires luxury retail experience, at least five years, supervisory background, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; join a brand committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience (luxury retail experience is preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree a plus; relevant experience accepted in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive personal and store sales performance.
• Build and develop client portfolios through clienteling and relationship management.
• Coach and mentor team, run trainings, and lead morning briefings.
• Ensure Moncler standards on service, presentation, and operations are met.
• Collaborate with management to implement action plans and improve store performance.
