Job summary

Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a diverse team at Metrotown. You will inspire the team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional client experience while maintaining brand standards.

As a leadership presence on the floor, you will coach in the moment, align store strategies with revenue goals, and foster trusting client relationships. Strong communication and flexible scheduling are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor with results and team collaboration.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability for flexible schedule incl. holidays, nights and weekends.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and with integrity, collaborating across the team.
