Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and systems (POS, CTS, SAP).
• Excellent customer service mindset and follow-up ability.

Responsibilities

• Produce order pick lists and manage CTS and online orders.
• Ensure hold orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.
• Input shipping confirmations and update systems.
• Pack, ship and track customer orders.
• Inspect orders for quality, accuracy, and labeling.
• Process customer returns and issue refunds.
• Maintain high order fulfillment rates.
