Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor in Canada to lead the security team and protect employees, clients, and assets while delivering a Tiffany luxury store experience.

The role partners with Security Management to reduce shrink, optimize schedules, and ensure safety and profitability. Strong communication, integrity, and IT skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Security License.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Highest level of integrity.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees both verbally and written.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be available to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• An openness and ability to approach people and problems which will foster cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the security team to meet the Global Protection Department's mission.
• Protect employees, clients, and assets and elevate the Tiffany store experience.
• Partner with Security Management to identify shrink reduction opportunities.
• Optimize security schedules for peak hours, events, and overnight coverage.
• Support Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts (Tiffany Prepared).
• Maintain CCTV, alarms, radios, locks, keys, and perimeter doors/gates; ensure systems function.
• Drive sales/service excellence by providing a Tiffany luxury security presence and customer-focused approach.
• Coach staff to greet customers and provide a consistent, gracious experience.
