Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Full-Time Centralized Operations Reservations (CORE) Agent who shares our passion for excellence and enthusiastic service.

The Core Agent acts as the voice of the hotel, handling calls, selling services, and coordinating reservations for Rooms, Spa, Restaurant/Bar, and Room Service while ensuring guests are welcome from the first hello.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent computer literacy and phone system knowledge.
• Open availability including weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Smart Serve certification is required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Sell hotel services and provide information to prospective guests.
• Capture sales from incoming calls and coordinate reservations (Rooms, Spa, Restaurant/Bar, Room Service).
• Ensure guests are well looked after from first contact to departure.
• Respond to emergencies by connecting the appropriate people by phone or radio.
