The role supports front desk operations, reservation calls, email inquiries, and guest check-in/check-out, with opportunities to grow within a renowned coastal luxury team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the service industry or 1 year of experience in a high-end luxury facility.
• Completion of a 2-year college program in Hotel Management/Front Desk Operations or equivalent.
• Excellent guest service, communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Maestro, Synxis and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in and out, and manage reservations.
• Take and process reservation calls and monitor email inquiries.
• Assist with night audit when required and handle guest requests.
• Coordinate with Reservations Supervisor for room allocations and guest satisfaction.
