Job summary

Mine & Yours, a leader in Canada’s luxury resale movement, is seeking a Seasonal E-Commerce Associate to support the online business during the busy holiday season. You will pull, pack, and ship orders, publish products, manage inventory flow, and respond to customer inquiries to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and working with digital systems and e-commerce tools.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the luxury unboxing experience and product care.
• Publish new products and ensure accurate tagging and categorization.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias and assist with order inquiries.
• Collaborate with E‑Commerce, Buying, Retail, and Studio teams to support product flow.
