Job summary

• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain store aesthetics and cleanliness.
• Open/close boutique as required.
• Communicate with corporate office in management absence.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Handle transfers in management absence.
