The Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island’s west coast seeks a Spa Practitioner to deliver massage and spa treatments, uphold Relais & Châteaux and Forbes standards, and provide personalized guest service.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate embraces Relais & Chateaux standards and guest service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible scheduling.
• Minimum 1000 hours of Massage Therapy training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
• Provide a welcoming greeting and consultation unique to each guest.
• Perform Massage and Spa treatments on guests ranging from Relaxation Massage to Body Treatments.
• Promote the Spa’s products and educating guests on home care recommendations.
• Maintain spotless spa and treatment areas that are tidy and fully stocked.
