Job summary

The Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island's West Coast is seeking a Spa Practitioner to join its renowned spa team. You will learn and grow within a Relais & Châteaux property recognized by Forbes, Michelin Key, and Travel & Leisure, delivering massage and body treatments to guests while upholding the highest service standards.

You will greet guests, tailor consultations, promote spa products, and maintain spotless treatment rooms.

Qualifications

• Exemplary customer service and strong communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Passion for health and wellness.

• Minimum 1000 hours of Massage Therapy training.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage and spa treatments from relaxation to body therapies.
• Greet guests warmly and conduct personalized consultations.
• Maintain pristine spa areas and ensure products are stocked.
• Promote spa products and advise home care.
• Uphold Relais & Châteaux, AAA/Forbes standards in guest service.
