Job summary

Senso Group Building Supplies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Yard Operations Associate to supervise daily sales, customer service, and outdoor stock handling at our Toronto location.

You will help determine merchandise, manage pricing displays, and promote bulk materials while ensuring safe, organized outdoor displays. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling yard staff, coordinating tasks, assisting contractors and retail shoppers, monitoring stock levels, and preventing loss or

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school.
• 2–3 years of experience in a retail yard construction supply setting.
• Ability to resolve immediate customer service or loading complaints.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50–75 lbs.
• Ensuring workplace safety protocols including forklift operations and lumber stacking safety.
