We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

The Security Engineering & Architecture organization is responsible for designing, building and evolving cybersecurity capabilities that help protect lululemon's technology ecosystem and enable the business to move securely at scale. Our organization brings together security architecture, security engineering, data and AI security, and related security capabilities.

This team works horizontally across SADE, partnering with program managers, engineering and architecture leaders, Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, Technology partners and Cybersecurity leadership. Our goal is to ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are actively managed, investments and resources are understood, risks are surfaced early, and leaders have the information they need to make effective decisions.

core responsibilities

As the Senior Program Manager, Cybersecurity, you will lead centralized program management and operational coordination across the Security Engineering & Architecture organization. You will establish the mechanisms that connect strategy, portfolio planning, execution, financial management, resource planning, governance, and executive reporting. You will work closely with the Senior Director and Security Engineering & Architecture leadership team to provide an integrated view of priorities, commitments, risks, dependencies, capacity and outcomes across the organization.

  • Lead Security Engineering & Architecture's integrated planning and operating rhythm, connecting annual and quarterly priorities to program roadmaps, commitments, dependencies, milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and operate portfolio governance across Security Engineering & Architecture, including leadership reviews, program health reporting, risk and dependency management, decision tracking, escalation paths and executive reporting.
  • Provide centralized program leadership across the Security Engineering & Architecture portfolio, bringing together program plans and identifying cross-program dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints and opportunities to improve execution.
  • Drive financial and investment discipline, partnering with Security Engineering & Architecture leaders and Finance on budget planning, forecasting, actuals, contractor and vendor spend, investment tracking and financial risks.
  • Coordinate workforce and capacity planning, maintaining visibility into hiring, contractors, vacancies, workforce changes and resource demand to help leadership align capacity with organizational priorities.
  • Partner with program managers and functional leaders to strengthen program management practices, establishing consistent standards, artefacts, metrics and operating mechanisms while avoiding unnecessary process or administrative overhead.
  • Translate complex program and operational information into clear leadership insights, providing concise reporting on portfolio health, delivery confidence, risks, decisions, investment and outcomes for Security Engineering & Architecture, Cybersecurity and Technology leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Security Engineering & Architecture's operating model, identifying friction, duplicated processes and gaps in governance and implementing practical improvements that increase accountability, transparency and execution effectiveness.
qualifications

  • 6-10 years of program management, project management, technology program coordination, business analysis or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing program governance, integrated planning, risk and dependency management, and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing program budgets, forecasts, investment plans and resource allocation.
  • Strong organizational and operational discipline with the ability to create clarity and structure in an environment with significant ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, technical teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience interpreting program data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into actionable leadership insights.
  • Experience with Agile and other iterative delivery methodologies and modern program-management tooling.
