The Product Technical Solutions team is within the Product Integrity and Quality function of Supply Chain. We deliver technical solutions to mitigate product and process integrity risks by designing our performance standards, laboratory testing, on-body testing, and providing technical expertise and advisory services.
The Product Experience Testing team defines, governs, and executes on-body product experience testing standards and programs, in-field, for all markets, as informed by global and enterprise strategy. We recommend technical solutions to mitigate product and process integrity risks, while providing on-body testing and advisory services to evaluate the integrity of our products. We ensure our products and processes are meeting internal and external expectations of performance.
As the Product Experience Testing Lead within the Global Product Experience Testing team, you will be responsible for business critical, complex innovation-driven wear tests, partnering closely with Product Innovation, Raw Materials Innovation, Advanced Concepts, Advanced Accessories, and special projects amongst others. These tests require different approached to validation under real-world conditions. Employing novel testing methods and technologies that foster deeper collaboration with Product and Raw Materials Innovation in search of more precise insights and breakthroughs.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $104,600-137,300 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
