Job summary

lululemon is seeking a leader for its Product Innovation team in Vancouver. You will lead a diverse portfolio of research-driven innovation projects, shaping next-gen fabrics and products with cross-functional partners across the business.

Ideal candidates have a PhD in sports tech, 10+ years in research/innovation, and at least 3 years of people management. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic vision in a hybrid onsite setup.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (PhD preferred) in sports technology or related fields.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with evidence of transitioning research & innovation concepts into mainline businesses.
• 3+ years of management experience, with demonstrated success in people development.
• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively & deliver multiple, concurrent, cross-functional, multi-year innovation projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic visions & effectively execute.

The Product Innovation team infuses the lululemon apparel business with new ideas, new understanding, new technologies, & new products. With a diverse and passionate team of innovators, our leading human and material research infrastructure, and the pioneering Science of Feel innovation philosophy, the Product Innovation team ensures that lululemon remains at the forefront of the sport, exercise, and lifestyle apparel industry. compensation and benefits package

Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $167,400 - 219,700 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
