The Global Corporate Communications team supports this vision by driving external communication and narrative strategies to enhance and protect lululemon's corporate reputation, while building awareness and understanding of the company's vision, strategy, and performance.
Reporting to the Director, Global Corporate Communications, this role is responsible for leading lululemon's corporate website, external owned corporate content strategy and newsroom, as well as developing multi-stakeholder communications strategies and materials for key company initiatives and business moments, such as our quarterly earnings and annual shareholder meeting.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in corporate communications environments and is a highly-motivated and collaborative team player. This person will have excellent writing skills, strong stakeholder and project management abilities, and extensive experience working with business media and communicating around complex and high-visibility corporate moments.
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $112,00-$147,000CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
