Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Cyber Security Senior Analyst (Incident Response) to lead and coordinate the organization’s response to cybersecurity incidents. You will act as the central command during security events, driving incident management across technical, legal, privacy, and executive stakeholders to minimize impact and accelerate recovery.

The role requires a strong background in incident response frameworks, cross-functional programs, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, security operations, incident response, or program management.
• Strong understanding of incident response frameworks and methodologies including NIST 800-61 and cyber crisis management practices.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs involving Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Communications, and Business stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating executive-level reporting, risk discussions, and cybersecurity steering committees.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing cyber preparedness programs, tabletop exercises, and breach simulations.
• Knowledge of SOC, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics, and Incident Response processes.
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, case management, and incident management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the response to declared cybersecurity incidents from identification through closure.
• Coordinate activities across Security Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Communications, Risk, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure timely escalation based on incident severity and business impact.
• Direct containment, eradication, recovery, and remediation activities.
• Oversee incident investigations, forensic analysis, threat hunting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure evidence collection and preservation follows established procedures.
• Monitor incident progress and remove roadblocks impacting resolution efforts.
• Maintain accurate incident timelines, reports, and documentation.
• Provide timely status updates to executives and senior leadership and develop incident summaries, executive briefings, and situation reports.
• Coordinate communications with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and Public Relations when required.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, playbooks, and operational procedures.
• Lead lessons learned reviews and track corrective actions.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises, simulations, and incident response training.

The lululemon cybersecurity team enables lululemon to conduct its global operations in a secure manner and safeguard the trusted information of its guest and users. This is accomplished by understanding business risk as manifested through cybersecurity and compliance risk, and by maintain a high degree of employee awareness of all security and compliance topics. To further enhance our team, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Senior Analyst.

A day in the life

The Cybersecurity Analyst (Incident Response) is responsible for leading and coordinating the organization's response to cybersecurity incidents. compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $112,200 - $147,200CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
