Job summary

Momo Medical is a fast-growing healthcare scale-up. You will be the trusted face of Momo for long-term care homes across Southern Ontario, helping organizations explore how technology can reduce workload and improve residents' care.

Your role starts with understanding challenges, building relationships with management and care professionals, and guiding free pilots to demonstrate value before a long-term partnership.

Qualifications

• Curious about how LTCs operate and what care teams experience.
• Strong ability to build trust with care professionals and administrators.
• Experience in relationship management or commercial roles in healthcare or SaaS.
• Patient and committed to developing meaningful partnerships over time.
• Independent, with ownership of schedule and follow-ups.
• Comfortable with change as the company grows in Canada.
• Open to feedback and continuous development.
• Canadian long-term care network or experience is a plus; not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with LTC organizations across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
• Initiate and guide free pilot periods to demonstrate Momo's value.
• Grow partnerships by expanding to more residents or locations.
• Spend ~70% of time visiting LTC homes; boots-on-the-ground engagement.
