Job summary

ABM College is seeking a dynamic LPN to coordinate our Health Care Aid Program. The role blends teaching with program leadership, requiring clinical expertise and the ability to translate theory into practice for adult learners.

The ideal candidate will hold LPN licensure in good standing with CLPNA, have teaching or adult education credentials, and bring strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to a hands-on, in-person classroom environment.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in good standing with CLPNA.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience as HCA instructor or AE certification.
• At least 3 years clinical work as LPN/HCA.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic classroom learning experiences aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Motivate students to maximize potential.
• Develop diverse teaching strategies and content delivery.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments.
• Prepare and update course syllabi, outlines and content.
• Create lesson plans and course schedules.
• Contribute to curriculum, manuals and guides as requested.
