Grime Fighters Service Group in Vancouver is expanding into the Fraser Valley and is seeking a Low Rise Window Cleaning and Power Washing Technician in Surrey. Compensation is $22–$25 CAD per hour plus bonuses, with industry-leading training and high-quality equipment.

We offer year-round work, benefits after 3 months, and opportunities to advance. You’ll work outdoors in a safety-focused, team environment with flexible full-time hours, including weekends and occasional graveyard shifts.

Qualifications

• Residents of Canada with SIN or valid work permit
• Available for flexible work days (early mornings, weekdays, weekends, occasional graveyard shifts)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Enjoys teamwork
• Driver's license is an asset
• Strong oral and written English communication
• No experience required — training provided
• Live in the Fraser Valley (Surrey, White Rock, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Langley)

Responsibilities

• Cleaning windows and buildings, pressure washing, gutter cleaning on low rise buildings
• Work safely and quickly while respecting people and vehicles
• Complete projects within budget and to high quality standards
• Maintain, assemble, and inspect tools and equipment at sites

Low Rise Full Time Surrey, BC $22 - $25 CAD per hour

Low Rise Window Cleaning and Power Washing Technician - $22 - 25 per hour + BONUSES

DUTIES:

• Cleaning windows and buildings, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more on low rise buildings
• Working safely and quickly while being respectful of people and vehicles moving around your work areas
• Completing projects within budget and to our high standards of quality, without damage
• Maintaining, assembling, and inspecting tools and equipment required at your work sites

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has Canadian residency with a Social Insurance Number OR a current, valid working permit
• Is available for flexible work days (early morning starts, weekdays, sometimes weekends and occasional graveyard shifts)
• Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Enjoys working in teams
• Has a valid driver's license (not required, but an asset)
• Is comfortable and effective with verbal and written communication in English (doesn't need to be perfect)
• Is reliable, courteous, honest, and hardworkingNO EXPERIENCE REQURIED - We will train the right candidate!
• Live in the Fraser Valley (you will be scheduled for jobs in Surrey, White Rock, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, and Langley)
