Exterior Cleaning Services Technician (Chilliwack)

We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join our Professional Exterior Cleaning Team. The right candidate will troubleshoot effectively, work efficiently on jobs, and maintain a helpful and willing attitude. Our warehouse/depot is located in Chilliwack, and we serve the entire Fraser Valley.

JOB DUTIES:

• Exterior siding cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Post construction cleaning (interior)
• Window cleaning
• Possibility of cross‑training in
  • Duct and furnace cleaning
  • Stripping and refinishing hard surface floors
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

COMPENSATION:

• Wage will be determined upon qualifications and experience. Between $23–$25/hour to start.
• After a 90‑day probationary period, medical/dental benefits are offered to those eligible (working 30 hours per week or more)
• Hourly rate: $23.00–$28.00 per hour
