Flexspring is seeking an AI Model Training and Deployment Developer to join our engineering team building the next generation of our AI tools and iPaaS platform. You will design, train, and deploy AI models using low-code AI studios and integrate AI workflows into HR data integrations.

You will collaborate across teams to source data, refine models, and document development decisions, while enjoying flexible remote work options, travel-free collaboration, and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with low-code/no-code AI tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Java, React.js or other programming languages.
• Strong foundation in software architecture and business logic principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a group of technologists to explore AI opportunities and apply business logic to scalable solutions.
• Use a low-code AI studio to design, train, and refine AI models.
• Translate business requirements into efficient AI workflows.
• Customize and configure pre-built AI components to fit project needs.
• Organize, preprocess, and manage datasets to optimize AI training.
• Implement data cleaning, augmentation, and validation strategies.
• Collaborate to source data for specific use cases.
• Maintain thorough documentation of development processes and decisions.
