Flexspring, Inc. is seeking an AI Model Training and Deployment Developer to join our engineering team building the next generation of AI tools and services for our iPaaS platform.

You will help design, train, and deploy AI models using a low-code AI studio, translating business requirements into scalable AI workflows. You will customize pre-built AI components, organize data for training, and collaborate with experts to source data for use cases, all while maintaining thorough documentation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with low-code/no-code AI tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Java, React.js or other programming languages.
• Strong foundation in software architecture and business logic principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

What You Bring

• Must Have Completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with low-code/no-code AI tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Java, React.js or other programming languages.
• Strong foundation in software architecture and business logic principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to Have Software development experience with Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, ReactJS, and JMS
