Overview

Flexspring is the leading expert in data integration for HR applications. We work with various clients to build customized integrations that will solve their specific HR business needs.

The Opportunity: Flexspring is growing and seeks a client-friendly bilingual Integration Developer to join our Delivery team. You will code integrations using Java and REST APIs and explain data mapping and testing requirements to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Code integrations to client requirements using Flexspring.
• Collaborate with a project manager on client data maps.
• Perform integration testing, guide the client through User Acceptance Testing, and lead the Go Live launch.
• Document the nuances of the integration for the client and Flexspring support team.
• Debug, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and develop solutions to production issues in customer integrations while adhering to support SLAs.
• Provide exceptional communication to all parties, both internal and external.
• Document troubleshooting and resolution notes in the Case Management System (Service Cloud) and keep the client informed about case progression.
• Drive support cases through resolution by working with the support team, technical consultants, third-party partners, and the client.

Required Skills And Attributes

• Bachelor of Science or College degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Excellent knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
• Experience in software development languages and methodologies (e.g., Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, GraphQL).
• Be client-friendly and skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication in French.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR or financial data integrations.
