Job summary

Stride is a full-service lottery and fundraising organization that helps charitable and non-profit groups generate revenue through professionally managed lottery programs across Canada.

The Lottery Delivery Coordinator role supports the successful delivery of campaigns from planning through completion, coordinating information, timelines and operational requirements with multiple teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate preparation and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in coordination/administration or similar
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel); Planner is an asset
• Ability to work across multiple teams and follow through
• Experience in deadline-driven or regulated environments is a plus
• Lottery experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery & Coordination: Support day-to-day coordination of lottery campaigns and deadlines
• Lottery Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain lottery rules, docs and quality control
• Operational Resources & Communications: Prepare materials for Call Centre and Customer Service
• Prize, Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Maintain vendor and supplier information
• Technology & Campaign Readiness: Coordinate hardware and technology requirements
• Campaign Completion & Administration: Maintain gift card and prize information through completion
• Cross-Functional & Customer Support: Work with teams to resolve issues and support customers
