Job summary

Stride is a full-service lottery and fundraising organization serving charitable groups across Canada. This senior, hands-on role leads campaign delivery from planning to close-out, while directly guiding selected campaigns and managing client relationships.

The Senior Manager will coordinate internal resources and external partners, develop plans, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management or client delivery.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from planning through completion.
• Strong ability to manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and reporting.
• Excellent client relationship skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to drive execution across multiple teams and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned lottery campaigns from planning through launch and close-out.
• Lead selected campaigns and projects, taking ownership of delivery plans and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and key deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure clear responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monitor execution, address risks and changes to protect delivery timelines.
• Oversee post-campaign activities, including reporting and reconciliation.
