Job summary

OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody in Port Moody, BC, is seeking a full-time Lot Manager. You will keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery, maintain inventory presentation, supervise Lot Associates, and ensure smooth customer interactions.

The role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication. A BC driver’s license and flexibility to coordinate schedules are essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
• Proper day-to-day presentation and maintenance of inventory (signage, moving & tracking vehicles within the dealership).
• Supervising and motivating Lot Associates.
• Washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Organizing the lot and bringing up cars for customers.
• Greeting and interacting with customers in a professional manner when they drop off or pick up their vehicle.
• Moves vehicles on the lot, and delivers them to customers as required.
• Coordinate schedules for Lot Associates and Carwash.
• Directing customers to the right personnel for further assistance.
• Advising Pre-Owned Manager of any noted problems with used vehicles.
• Follow company safety policies and practices, and report accidents.

Compensation: $19 to $22 per hour

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
