Go Auto in Calgary is seeking a Lot Attendant for Mercedes-Benz South Calgary to help manage the lot, assist service advisors, and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Turn on all overhead doors.
• Check drop box for keys and hand to advisors.
• Greet customers as they arrive.
• Ensure drive-through access is clear; move vehicles as needed.
• Assist with vehicle detailing for service and walkthroughs.
• Perform service cleans and manage service wash expectations.
• Keep drive-through area clean and presentable.
• Move loaner vehicles to the front.
• Coordinate with service advisors regularly.
• Monitor team chats and communications.
• Ensure walkways are clear of snow and ice; apply de-icer.
• Clear snow from service cars and wipe windshields.
• Check in with service wash bay for assistance.
• Assist with valet and shuttle services.

What You'll Do

• Turn on all overhead doors
• Check drop box for keys and give it to advisors
• Greet customers as soon as they come in
• Make sure no vehicles blocking drive through, move any vehicles parked in drive through ( See advisor).
• Help dress vehicles for service, complete walk arounds.
• Complete service cleans and manage service was expectations
• Make sure drive throug area is clean and presentable
• Move Loaner vehicles upfront
• Constantly check in with all service advisors
• Monitor teams chats
• Make sure all walkways are cleared of snow and ice and de icer is used.
• Make sure all service cars are cleared ofsnow and windshields are cleared.
• Check in with service wash bay constantly for assitance.
• Help with valet and shuttle services.
