Key West Ford is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team in New Westminster, BC. This full-time role offers an uncapped earning potential with commissions and a base pay starting around $36,000 and rising well past six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
• Multilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in high-end sales or dealership environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales support tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations and contract negotiations.
