Job Description:

We're seeking a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent to help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment in our stores. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in theft prevention, assisting store investigators, and operating advanced CCTV technology to protect our associates, customers, and assets. What You’ll Do:

• Support the store in uniform, greet customers, respond to alarms, and provide excellent customer service.
• Detect and prevent theft and fraud, assist investigators, and facilitate legal actions.
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV and floor walking; collaborate with ORC Investigators on external losses.
• Report signals, support internal dishonesty investigations, and work with law enforcement on external incidents.

About You:

• High School diploma or equivalent; related experience encouraged.
• Security, law enforcement, military, or loss prevention students are welcome to apply.
• Provincial security license required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with access to a vehicle and good driving record.
