Job Description :

We're seeking a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent to help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment in our stores. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in theft prevention, assisting store investigators, and operating advanced CCTV technology to protect our associates, customers, and assets. What You’ll Do :

• Greet customers in uniform, respond to alarms, and provide excellent customer service to foster a welcoming environment.
• Detect and prevent theft and fraud, assist investigators, and support law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct store surveillance via CCTV and floor walks; collaborate with Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Investigators to identify external losses and organized groups.
• Report signals, support internal investigations, assist with supply chain loss investigations, and coordinate with law enforcement on external incidents.

About You :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Loss Prevention, Military, Security, Law Enforcement, or related fields is encouraged to apply.
• A provincial security license is required (where applicable).
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with access to a vehicle and a good driving record.
