Job summary

Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: Conducts daily patrols to ensure a safe, secure environment and verifies doors, showcases and security features.
• Investigations and Case Support: Investigates incidents of shrink and communicates findings to Store Leadership; escalates for internal investigations as needed.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: Supports evacuation and emergency procedures and performs assigned store tasks to support operations.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: Carries out external apprehensions in line with policies and legal standards.
• Communication and Reporting: Gathers information from multiple sources and communicates findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Additional Duties: Performs other responsibilities to support asset protection priorities and evolving business needs.
