Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: Conducts daily patrols to ensure a safe environment and verifies doors, showcases, and security features.
• Investigations and Case Support: Investigates shrink incidents and communicates findings to Store Leadership; escalates information for internal investigations.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: Supports evacuation and emergency procedures; participates in store task teams as needed.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: Carries out external apprehensions when required in compliance with policies and laws.
• Communication and Reporting: Gathers and communicates information to leadership and stakeholders with clear, concise perspectives.
