La Maison Simons is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to help safeguard customers and staff across its stores. The role involves acting as a front-line resource, preventing theft, and supporting overall store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualified candidates will hold a BSP license for Quebec and be able to communicate in the applicable store language (French in Quebec). The position emphasizes empathy, discipline, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion.

Our Loss Prevention Agents actively contribute to the smooth operation of the stores. They act as resource for all staff members. Our Agents hold a stimulating and active role that directly contributes to the company’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of people and premises.

Desired Profile:
